I worked with Angus on a high profile TUPE project for T-Systems and Everything Everywhere. Angus's company, HR Inc Ltd, provided a consultancy service and hands on support to T-Systems throughout the project. We worked together, although representing the interests of different organisations, as key stakeholders on the project planning, negotiations, communications and consultation activities. Angus's technical knowledge, approach and style of operation, particularly building relationships, was critical to the success of a very emotive and high people & commercial impact transfer. This was reinforced by not just the outcomes but also by feedback from the EE project team, employee representatives and management.
